Ø Eligible candidate would be Responsible for searching and screening the candidates on various IT skills set as per the job specifications.
Ø Search in various job portals like Dice, Monster, and Corp-to-Corp etc. and through references.
Ø Screening of resumes and match them against the Technical requirements.
Ø Speak with the IT consultants/ software professionals in the US market and get the relevant information.
Ø Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
Ø Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay-rates with subcontracting companies.
Ø Get the paper work (Offer letter/ NSA/ NCA) complete with the consultants.
Ø Dealing skillfully with US Citizens, GC, EAD, TN, E1 and H1B Candidates.
Ø Experience on Payment terms like W2, 1099, C2C
Ø Experience in working in US Staffing/ Consulting/ IT Recruitment Industry.
